Anyone else get panic attacks out of nowhere?
Happened to me at work today during a meeting. My heart just started racing and I couldn't focus on anything anyone was saying. I've been dealing with anxiety for a few years but these attacks are getting worse. Haven't talked to a therapist yet because honestly I'm embarrassed about it. Does anyone else deal with this or am I losing it?
I get them occasionally, usually when I'm juggling too much at work and home. The racing heart thing is the worst part. Does it happen at specific times or just random?
