Anyone else get panic attacks when their kid is sick?

Had my 6yo come down with a fever yesterday and I completely spiraled. Started googling worst case scenarios at 2am, convinced myself it was something serious. My wife had to talk me down. I know logically it's probably just a cold but my brain goes to the darkest place immediately. Been dealing with anxiety for years but it feels 10x worse now that I'm responsible for keeping these little humans alive. Anyone else experience this or am I just losing it?
