Anyone else get weird anxiety about school drop-off?

My 6yo started first grade last month and I'm losing it every morning. Not like separation anxiety for him—he's fine. It's me. I get this knot in my stomach at 7:45am and can't shake it all day. My wife says I'm being weird about it. She's probably right but that doesn't make it stop lol. Anyone else deal with this? How do you get past it?
