Anyone else's anxiety spike when their kid is sick?

My 4yo caught some stomach bug and I've been a complete mess for 2 days. Not even about the bug itself—she's fine—but I keep catastrophizing about everything. What if it's something worse? What if I miss signs? My wife finally told me to go take a walk because I was spiraling. I know it's irrational but man, being a parent is exposing all my anxiety in ways I didn't expect. Does this happen to anyone else or am I just broken lol
