Anyone else struggle with anxiety when kids are at school?

I drop my 7 year old off and immediately my brain goes to worst case scenarios. Did he forget his lunch? Will he get bullied? What if he has a meltdown and the teacher thinks I'm a bad parent? I know it's irrational but I can't turn it off. My wife says I need to talk to someone about it. Anyone else deal with this or am I just losing it?
