Anyone else struggle with feeling like a bad dad?

I got frustrated with my kids this morning over something stupid. Yelled when I should have been patient. Now I feel like garbage all day. Logically I know one bad moment doesn't make me a bad parent but I can't shake the guilt. Do you guys deal with this? How do you get past it? I hate that I let my stress out on them.
