Anyone else struggle with loneliness even though you're never alone?

This is probably going to sound weird. I'm surrounded by my wife and two kids basically all the time now. But I'm lonely as hell. Like a deep bone level loneliness. I don't have time for my old friends. My identity is like 90 percent dad and husband now. I miss being around people who knew me before all this. Even when I'm with my family I sometimes feel isolated because they don't get parts of what I'm going through. Started going to a support group for dads which has helped. Just knowing other guys feel this way made it less heavy somehow.
