Anyone on anxiety meds here? Need some honest takes

Doc prescribed me sertraline yesterday and I'm reading all these side effects and reviews online and freaking myself out. I don't want to be a zombie. I don't want to lose my sex drive. But I also can't keep living like this where my anxiety about stuff that hasn't even happened yet is controlling my life. My hands shake at work meetings. I snap at my family over nothing. Should I just try it for a month or am I being stupid?
