Anyone use BetterHelp or similar online therapy?

My schedule is insane—between work and shuttling the kids around, I can't get to a therapist's office on a regular basis. Was thinking about trying one of those online platforms. Has anyone here actually used BetterHelp, Talkspace, or any of the others? Worth it or just another subscription I'll forget about?
