Anyone use Calm or Insight Timer for anxiety?
I know there's like a million meditation apps now. Which one actually helped you guys? I get panic attacks sometimes and the breathing exercises seem to help in the moment but I want something I can use regularly before they happen.
haven't used either but my doc recommended just doing 4-7-8 breathing (breathe in 4, hold 7, out 8) when panic starts. free, works, no app needed. might be worth trying before dropping money?
