Burnout is real and I'm living it

Wake up at 5:45. Work 8 hours. Pick up kids. Dinner. Bedtime routine. Fall asleep reading. Repeat. Haven't had a full conversation with my wife in weeks. Haven't seen a friend since March. I'm not depressed (I don't think?) but I'm completely empty. Got mad at my 5yo yesterday because she asked me a question while I was making breakfast. A QUESTION. I just snapped. She looked at me like I was a stranger. That's when I realized I'm not okay. Need to figure out what to actually change but right now I have no idea where to start.
