Celebrating: Made it through a hard week without totally falling apart

Nothing crazy happened - just work stress, kids being difficult, wife and I bickering. But normally by Wednesday I'm in a dark place mentally. This week I actually used some of the coping strategies my therapist taught me (breathing exercises, specifically naming thoughts vs facts, asking for help). Still had rough moments but I didn't spiral. It's small but it felt like a win and I needed to document it somewhere.
