Depression hit different after second kid

First kid was exhausting but I managed. Second one broke something in me. Everything feels gray. Getting out of bed is harder than it should be. I love my kids but I don't feel happy anymore just tired and numb. My wife thinks I should talk to someone. Anyone been through postpartum depression as a dad? How did you get out of it?
