Depression hit hard this winter

Last few months have been really dark. Can't seem to get motivated to do much of anything. Just going through the motions with the kids and work. My wife noticed and we had a talk about it. Finally making a doctor's appointment next week. Hate admitting I'm struggling but it's getting harder to hide.
