Depression is making me a ghost in my own family

My kids come home from school and I'm sitting on the couch scrolling. Not because I want to, but because everything feels heavy and pointless. My wife asked me yesterday why I don't play with them anymore and I couldn't even explain it. I know I should feel happy but I just feel numb. Never thought I'd be the depressed dad but here I am. Scared to tell anyone irl because of how it might look.
