Does anyone else feel alone even when surrounded by people?

I'm at my son's soccer game right now with like 30 other parents and I just feel completely disconnected. Nobody really knows me. At work I crack jokes and everyone thinks I'm fine but in my head it's exhausting. Even at home sometimes. I don't know if it's depression or just me being weird. Thinking about calling my doctor.
