Does anyone else hate talking about feelings?
Genuinely asking. My wife's always like 'we need to communicate' and I'm just like... I already told you I'm fine? Why do I need to explain my emotions for 45 minutes? I get that she's trying to help but it makes me more anxious, not less. Am I broken or is this normal? How do you guys handle this without feeling like you're being interrogated?
I feel this in my bones dude. I think the key is finding a middle ground where she gets enough information to feel connected and you don't feel drained by constant emotional processing.
