Feeling isolated as a stay at home dad

Made the switch last year and financially it made sense. But man it's lonely. Most of the parent groups skew mom-heavy and I feel like an outsider. My wife works full time so I can't really vent to her about the exhaustion. Trying to find my people but it's been tough. Anyone in a similar situation?

That isolation is real and it's tough. Have you looked for dad-specific groups in your area? Even just one other stay at home dad connection can change things.

Being the only dad in a mom-heavy group is awkward at first but you'd be surprised how many moms respect what you're doing.
