Feeling lonely even with a full house
Got three kids, married, always got someone around and somehow I still feel incredibly alone. Like nobody really sees me, they just see what I do for them. Wife's exhausted, kids need stuff constantly, and I can't remember the last time I had a conversation that wasn't about logistics. Trying to get to the gym more for some alone time but even that feels like I'm being selfish. Anyone else feel this way? How do you climb out of it?
This hits different. I've got three kids and two dogs running around and I still get those moments where I feel completely isolated. Wonder if it's just the constant noise and chaos that makes you forget to actually connect with anyone on a real level.
