Feeling really lonely even though I have a family

This might sound weird but I feel isolated a lot. I'm with my wife and kids all day but I don't really have anyone to talk to about stuff. Most of my friends have drifted away since I became a dad. I love my family but sometimes I just need to talk to someone who gets it, you know? Thinking about joining a dad group or something.
