Feeling really lonely even though I'm surrounded by family

This might sound weird but I feel isolated. I'm home with the kids most days, my wife is busy with work, my friends have kind of drifted away because I can't just hang out anymore. I love my kids but sometimes I miss adult conversation or just doing something that feels like it's for me. I feel guilty for even thinking that. Is it normal to feel this isolated as a dad or is something wrong with me? How do other dads stay connected to people?
