Feeling really lonely lately

Lost touch with most of my friends after the kids came. My wife is great but I feel like I have no one to really talk to, you know? All my buddies either don't have kids or only want to hang and get drunk which I'm not doing anymore. Just feeling isolated. Do other dads deal with this?

This hits hard. Three kids and four activities means I'm always in the car, but man, I miss just grabbing a beer with the guys. You're not alone in this, and it's okay to feel that loss.

New dad here and already feeling this creep in. Good to know I'm not the only one who's gonna miss having friends, haha. Maybe we all need to figure out how to do this better.
