Finally going back to the gym and it's saving my mental health
Just wanted to share something positive. Been a stay at home dad for 2 years now and I was honestly in a really dark place. Started going to the gym 4 times a week about 6 weeks ago and I'm telling you guys, it's been a game changer. My anxiety is way down, I'm sleeping better, and I just feel more like myself. I know everyone says exercise helps but I didn't believe it until I actually did it. If you're struggling, I really recommend finding something physical you actually enjoy doing.
This is real. Being a stay at home parent is mentally tough even when people don't realize it. Getting back to the gym sounds like you're taking care of yourself which is so important. Keep it up.
