Finding a therapist that gets you is harder than I thought
Finally decided to go to therapy after months of depression just eating away at me. Saw 3 different therapists in the past 6 weeks and none of them felt right. One seemed judgmental about my situation, another was too clinical, and the third one just didn't connect with me. I know I need help but this process is frustrating. Anyone have tips for finding the right person or should I just keep trying?
You're doing the right thing by not giving up after three tries. Mental health is just as important as physical health and you deserve someone who specializes in dad stuff specifically.
