Found a therapist who gets it
Been seeing this new therapist for a month and it's actually helping. He's a dad too and understands the pressure we're under. Not some guy in a suit telling me to journal or whatever. We talk about real stuff like how to handle anger, co-parenting stress, grief from the separation. Definitely recommend finding someone who specializes in divorce and fatherhood if you're struggling. Been a game changer for me.
