Has anyone tried BetterHelp or online therapy?

Considering switching from in-person to online because childcare logistics are killing me. With two kids and my wife's schedule, it's nearly impossible to get to appointments. Has the online format felt legit or is it just convenient therapy-lite? Price is about the same so I'm mainly wondering about actual effectiveness.
