Headspace vs Calm vs other meditation apps - honest reviews?
Been testing different ones because I need SOMETHING for the mornings. Tried Headspace for a week - the guy's voice is calming but some guided meditations feel too woo-woo for me. Calm seems prettier but pricey. Wim Hof method almost sent me into a panic attack lol. Anyone actually found one that works without feeling cheesy?
What kind of morning headspace are you going for? Like energy-boosting or calm-before-the-chaos? That might matter more than the app itself.
