How do you guys handle loneliness when everyone's busy?

My buddies all have their own thing going on now - married with kids, moved away, just life stuff. I feel like I don't have anyone to talk to anymore outside of my family. Work is fine but it's not the same as having real friends. Started feeling pretty isolated and it's affecting my mood. Anyone figure out how to make new adult friends or get over this feeling?
