How do you handle the comparison trap
Got back on Instagram and immediately felt like garbage because all these dads are traveling with their families or have perfect home gyms or whatever. I know it's all curated BS but my brain still does the thing. Deleted the app but curious how others deal with this. Any tips?
I deleted Instagram for like three months last year and honestly it was the best thing for my mental health. All those travel posts just make you feel like you're doing it wrong.
