I don't think I have anyone to talk to

Been feeling pretty alone lately. My wife has her friends, I have coworkers but nobody I'd actually call a friend. Most of my old buddies faded away after I became a dad. I can't really talk to my wife about the deeper stuff because I don't want to worry her more. I'm not like depressed or anything but just feel kind of isolated and don't have an outlet. Anyone else struggle with loneliness as a dad?
