I feel like I'm failing as a parent

Some days I feel like I'm just going through the motions. My kids are fed and alive but I'm not present. I yell at them over small stuff, I ignore them when they want to talk, and then I feel like garbage about it. My wife says I need to talk to someone but admitting I'm struggling feels like weakness. I don't even know where to start. Anyone been in this headspace?
