Lexapro has been a game changer, not gonna lie

Started on 10mg about 6 weeks ago for anxiety and depression. First two weeks were rough—nausea, weird dreams, felt kind of numb. But honestly? After that adjustment period, it's like someone turned the volume down on all my anxious thoughts. I can actually play with my kids without my mind racing about what could go wrong. Still taking walks, still journaling, but the meds gave me enough breathing room to actually do those things instead of just lying in bed. Just wanted to share in case anyone's on the fence about trying medication.
