Loneliness even with a wife and two kids

This is embarrassing to admit but I feel so alone sometimes. My wife is great but we barely talk anymore beyond logistics. My buddies all moved away or we just lost touch over the years. I love my kids but parenting is isolating sometimes. Anyone else feel this way? How do you actually make dad friends as an adult?
