Loneliness is hitting different now that kids are older

My oldest just started middle school and moved into his own friend group. My youngest is more independent now too. Work stress has me isolated and I realized I don't really have my own friends I see regularly anymore. It's just work and home and trying to be what the family needs. Feeling pretty alone even though I'm surrounded by people. Thinking about joining something just to have my own thing again.
