Loneliness is hitting different since becoming a dad

I have a wife and kids and I'm constantly around people but I've never felt more lonely in my life. Most of my friends without kids have drifted away because I can't just hang out whenever anymore. My dad friends are mostly just acquaintances from school pickup. I don't really have anyone I can just be real with about how hard this all is. Even telling my wife feels like I'm burdening her when she's already doing so much. Just needed to get this out there I guess. Feel like I'm the only one feeling this way sometimes.
