Loneliness is killing me

I've got a wife and two kids and I've never felt more alone in my life. Like nobody really gets what's going on in my head. My wife thinks I'm fine because I put on a good face at work and around the house. But inside I'm just drowning. I don't even know how to start explaining this to anyone. Anyone been in a similar spot?

That feeling of being alone even when you're surrounded by people is rough. Have you thought about talking to someone, like a therapist? Sometimes having an outside person to really talk to can help break that cycle.
