Loneliness is real even when you're surrounded by people

I have a wife, three kids, and a decent job but I feel so isolated sometimes. Most of my friendships faded when we had kids and I don't really talk to my wife about the deeper stuff. Just realized I haven't had a real conversation with anyone in months. Started reconnecting with an old friend this week and it reminded me how important it is to have people you can actually talk to. Guys need connection just as much as anyone else but we're taught to just tough it out. That's garbage. Working on being more intentional about friendship.
