Loneliness is real even when you're surrounded by people

I have a wife, three kids, go to work every day, but some nights I feel completely alone. Like nobody really gets what's going on in my head. My wife tries but I don't want to burden her with all my stuff. Don't really have close friends I can talk to like that. How do guys build real connections?
