Loneliness is real when you're home with the kids all day

Stay at home parent here and some days the isolation gets to me bad. Wife works full time, kids are 2 and 5, and by 3pm I'm basically just waiting for another adult to talk to. Had a breakdown last week where I realized I hadn't had a real conversation with another grown up in like 5 days. Joined a parent group this week and I'm hoping that helps. Anyone else struggle with the loneliness of SAHP life?
