Lonely even when surrounded by family
This is going to sound messed up but I feel really alone even though I'm literally never alone. My wife is great, my kids are amazing, but I feel like nobody really knows me. I can't talk to my wife about deep stuff without her getting worried. I don't have close friends anymore, they all kind of drifted away. Anyone else feel isolated in their own life?
Co-parenting taught me that sometimes loneliness isn't about being alone, it's about connection. Finding even small moments that are just for you might help. And talking to someone professional could too.
