Nights are the worst for me
Once the kids go to bed and the house is quiet, my mind just spirals. I lie awake thinking about everything I messed up that day, money problems, health stuff, everything. By 2am I'm usually in full panic mode. Then I have to get up in a few hours and do it all again. Anyone have tips for dealing with this or should I talk to a doctor?
That's the worst time of day for the anxiety spiral. Have you tried getting out of bed and doing something with your hands for a bit? Sometimes helps break the cycle.
