Quick question: does anyone's kid stress you out MORE after you've been to therapy?

Serious question lol. I started therapy 2 months ago to work on anxiety and I feel better overall BUT I'm way more aware of my triggers now so when my kids do annoying kid things I'm hyperaware that I'm getting frustrated. It's like I can see it happening in real time and sometimes that awareness makes it worse? Does this get easier or am I doing therapy wrong?
