Quit energy drinks and my mental health improved

Not trying to sound like a health influencer but I was drinking like 3-4 Monster/Red Bull a day to keep up and my anxiety was INSANE. Couldn't focus, always jumpy, couldn't sleep even though I was exhausted. Switched to coffee only and within a week I felt so much better. Obviously not a cure-all but man, the difference is noticeable. If you're always anxious, maybe check what you're actually consuming?
