Recommend: DadHQ group at YMCA in Portland

Been going to this mental health support group for dads for 4 weeks now. It's run by this guy named Ted who actually gets what we're dealing with. Super judgment-free space to talk about burnout, marriage stuff, parenting anxiety, whatever. Meets Tuesday nights. If you're in the Portland area and been thinking about a support group, I'd say give it a shot. Cost like $30/month which seems fair.
