Recommend: DadHQ support group + therapy combo
Been posting here for like 2 years lurking mostly, but I finally opened up about my anxiety and got recommendations to try the Tuesday night group meet-up downtown. Combined that with actually committing to therapy every other week and man, the difference is noticeable. Just wanted to shout out that sometimes you need both - the professional help AND the community of dads who actually get it. Y'all have been the realest part of my journey tbh.
2 years lurking then finally jumping in is such a real timeline. Shows how hard it is to actually ask for help when you need it. Proud of you for not staying in that loop.
