Recommendation: Insight Timer app actually slaps

I know meditation apps are kinda a dime a dozen but I've been using Insight Timer for like 3 months now and it's genuinely helpful. The free version has a ton of content, I'm doing 10-min guided meditations before bed and it's helped my sleep way more than I expected. Also has sleep stories which is kind of goofy but it works. Not sponsored lol, just tired of scrolling past all the anxiety apps that cost $200/year.
