REVIEW: Insight Timer app actually slaps
Downloaded it on a recommendation from my therapist specifically for the meditation stuff. I'm not usually one of those guys but I've been doing 10 mins before bed and it's genuinely helped my sleep. The free version has tons of content. Used it 23 days in a row now (the streak thing is weirdly motivating). If you're skeptical about meditation, this is a low-barrier way to test it out.
Which guided meditations do you use the most? I tried a few but I'm looking for recommendations because some instructors really work better for me than others.
