Small self-care wins
Just wanted to share that I've been going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month and it's honestly changed my mood. It's only 30 min in the morning before the family wakes up but I feel so much better. If you're struggling, even tiny habits help. Took me years to figure that out.
The gym is my therapy. I've got three kids and this is literally the only place I get to just think without someone asking for something. Keep it up, you're doing great.
