Small win - went to the gym for the first time in 2 years
My anxiety has been absolutely crushing me lately so my buddy told me to just try one session. Thought I'd feel worse but honestly it helped. Felt lighter the rest of the day. Not saying I'm magically fixed but I'm gonna keep going back. If you're in a dark place too, maybe just try one small thing today.
One session is how it starts. I've been there with anxiety and honestly getting back to the gym changed everything for me. Keep going back. That's the hardest part but it gets easier.
