Solo parenting this week and it's kicking my ass

Wife's at a conference til Friday. I have two kids (3 and 8) and work full time. We're on day 2 and I'm already at my limit. Got nothing done at work today because I was thinking about dinner and bedtime logistics. The 3yo won't sleep without his mom. I'm not complaining about single parents who do this 24/7 but DAMN this is harder than I thought. Tips appreciated but also just needed to vent lol
